A Woman Of Strength
As God’s women we must purpose to get in touch with the wounds and painful experiences that hurt us most in order to understand how the pain developed us into the women we are today. This workshop will give insight on how to identify our wounds and discover how they have become the essence of our strength.
When Loving Him Is Hurting Me.
Domestic violence is one of a wife’s most dreadful realities and one that can destroy the woman she was created to be. Physical and emotional abuse comes in many ways—infidelity, kicks, punches, cursing, name-calling and forced sexual encounters. Let’s discuss how to deal with a situation for which you never asked. (Registration limited to 15.)
Shhhh! It’s a Secret.
In spite of the belief that women talk too much, there are some things that we are too afraid and ashamed to talk about. Sexual assault from the familiar and the faceless is a weapon that pierces the heart, but we can dare to believe that even those wounds can be healed. For women who have experienced sexual abuse and mothers who have children who have been assaulted.
Let the Circle Be Broken.
This experience will seek to empower the woman of God to break the cycles and strongholds in her life. No more will generational curses and dysfunctional relationships break her spirit and have power over her life. Now is the time to let God recreate us anew and show us how to use godly principles to create new circles of influence.

Gotta Go My Own Way. 9:30 a.m.—11:00 a.m
As a young woman, I often feel that “crazy” is the only way to describe my life, the world and my feelings. Everybody tries to tell me what is best. Some are right, some are wrong. I am being pulled on by parents, peers and public opinion, but I want to be strong and smart enough to decide for myself who I am and who I must become.
You Must Not Know ‘Bout Me. 11:15 a.m.—12:45 p.m.
I cannot be like everybody else, and there are some things that I don’t have to take. They can talk that mess, they can walk away, but I’m the only irreplaceable one around here. Anybody who disrespects me…to the left, to the left. I am learning to appreciate myself more and more, and I am celebrating the possibilities of a great future.
Not a Church Heathen. 3:30 p.m.—5:00 p.m.
Many young people go to church, but it is obvious that they are controlled by the world. They do the same things everyone else does. But it takes more than going to church, singing praise songs and participating in the activities. It takes a renewed mind and an understanding of what it really means to be a Christian today.

Sex is all around us—we can’t seem to get away from it. In addition to the media promotions, many young women are dealing with their own feelings, young men’s pressure and the memory of previous abuses. A young woman has to work hard to guard her body, soul, mind and spirit in order to win the war against that which has to potential to make her lose out on the best that God has in store for her.
