Prayer

God who sees,
   see our need for more of you.
God who hears,
   hear our prayers.
God who creates,
   re-create us for your purpose.
God who heals,
   heal us and we will be healed.
God who is our Shepherd,
   lead us in your way.
God who died for us,
   restore us to abundant life.

   Father, you are our source and we stand in absolute need of you. Grant us a deeper awareness of your presence and your power. Fill us continually with your Spirit and direct our hearts into God’s love until Christ is formed in us. May your grace and peace rest with us now and forever. Amen.
